The Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) has officially released the MAHA TET 2025 interim result on January 16, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the Teacher Eligibility Test on November 23, 2025 can now check their scorecards on the official website mahatet.in.
The result has been announced for both Paper 1 (Classes 1 to 5) and Paper 2 (Classes 6 to 8).

MAHA TET 2025 Exam Overview
The MAHA TET exam is conducted to determine eligibility for teaching positions at primary and upper primary levels across Maharashtra. It is a mandatory qualification for candidates aspiring to work in government and private schools.
Qualifying Marks Criteria
To qualify the MAHA TET 2025 exam, candidates must secure:
- 60% marks – General category
- 55% marks – Reserved categories (OBC, SC, ST, PwD)
Candidates who qualify will receive a lifetime-valid MAHA TET eligibility certificate.
How to Check MAHA TET 2025 Result
- Visit the official website: mahatet.in
- Click on “Candidate Login” under Important Events
- Enter your Registration ID and Password
- Submit to view your scorecard
The scorecard displays the candidate’s name, roll number, subject-wise marks, total score, and qualifying status. Download and print it for future use. Due to heavy traffic, the website may respond slowly.
Objection Window Details
MSCE has opened the objection window for interim results from January 16 to January 21, 2026. Candidates can submit objections only through the official login portal.
Requests sent through email or offline modes will not be accepted. This process ensures accuracy before the final merit list is released.

Qualified candidates are now eligible to apply for teaching jobs in Maharashtra. The MAHA TET scorecard acts as official proof of eligibility during recruitment.
